HiTag2 V3.1 Programmer Instructions

HiTag2 v3.1 programmer is universal keys programmer, with additional options of keys programming from dump and PIN extraction. Just insert blank key or appropriate transponder you need to program. Device detects transponder type and will do everything automatically!

I used to know some BMW users, they usually ask “I only have one BMW key, I want to match another key, in case the original key get lost” “ I lost my original BMW X5…key accidentally, I need a new key, please tell me what should I do” and more questions. How to use HiTag2 V3.1 Programmer

Close all of the doors, the trunk and the hood.

Place the key in the ignition and turn it to position one, "Accessory". Turn it back to "Off". Do this four more times and remove the key from the ignition when you are done.

Press and hold the "unlock" button and then press and release the "lock" button three times. Release the "unlock" button. If the locks cycle, then you have done this correctly. Repeat this step for each key you wish to program.

Inset the key in the ignition and turn it to "Accessory" to exit programming mode.
